Assistance technique pour le démarrage du programme d'appui aux médias en Tunisie
The mission was aimed at assisting the African Center for the Development of Journalists and Communicators (CAPJC) as well as the Delegation of the European Union in Tunisia in the start-up phase of the Media Support Programme in Tunisia.
Five deliverables were expected and were returned:
- a methodological note
- a program estimate
- a tender dossier for technical assistance
- a call for proposals dossier for civil society
- a final report
