The global objective of this assignment was to formulate an Action Fiche for a budget support programme for the reform of the police in Moldova. The specific objectives of this assignment were:

- To assess the current state of play of the reform in the law enforcement sector in the Republic of Moldova, especially with regard to the reform of MoI, including Police.

- To assist the EU Delegation in preparation of the programming documents required during the formulation phase.
