Support to NIPAC office in monitoring and evaluation of current IPA programmes and preparation for future IPA support
Project provides high quality, cost-effective expertise support to the European Integration Office/NIPAC Office in the areas of monitoring, evaluation of IPA II and in preparation for IPA III. It should result in conducting the evaluation for selected IPA 2014 actions, capacity building of the NIPAC Office and line ministries to ensure smooth monitoring of IPA II, as well as to start with preparation for future use of IPA III.
The assistance is covering three components:
COMPONENT 1 - EVALUATION
COMPONENT 2 - MONITORING
COMPONENT 3 - PREPARATION FOR IPA III
