Project will support building capacities of grant beneficiary institutions in the sector of science, research and innovation to ensure effective and efficient management and implementation of the IPA projects under the Call for Proposals “Collaborative grant scheme for innovative projects.

The purposes of this contract are as follows:

• To further improve the capacities of beneficiary institutions for, management, implementation and monitoring of the IPA projects and ensure a high level of efficiency in using available IPA funds, in line with rules and procedures;
• To improve capacities of grant applicants in order to increase the quality of implementation of project proposal
