Global objective

• To increase the institutional and operational  capacity of Civil Society Organisations to operate as  partners in dialogue roles (advocacy policy dialogue, policy research, policy oversight, etc.)

Specific objectives

•  Provide technical assistance to  support  civil society  capacity and organisational development;

•  Support Delegation in development of civil society fiches;

• Improve the capacity of CSOs to work with various policy makers and donors.

Requested services

-          Demonstration of methodologies for building CSO ownership of their capacity development process, geared towards transformation of their strategies.

-          Building on NSA Mapping report to conduct organisational assessments of CSOs interested in scaling up their activities to involve policy development, engagement and monitoring and evaluation.

-          Assisting the Delegation to prepare the Action Fiche, for 11^th EDF NIP.

Coaching CSOs in forming partnerships and preparing calls for proposal related to human rights, governance and sectors identified under the 11^th EDF NIP.
