Projects

The global objective of this mission was to provide an effective and cost efficient support to the EU for enhancing justice delivery in Zambia. The proposed measures were to be aligned to (1) the Zambian Sixth National Development Plan for Zambia and other relevant strategies and policies with relevance for the sector, (2) the 11th EDF MIP for Zambia, (3) the Busan Partnership for effective development cooperation, (4) the EU Guidelines for support to Justice and the Rule of Law, (5) the Draft Strategic Plan-Access to Justice Programme 2013-2016 and (6) where feasible, the Judicial Sector Reform Strategy, currently under preparation.

The specific objective of the mission was to identify and subsequently formulate  a detailed programme design, including activities, expected results, implementation modalities, delivery mechanisms, budget estimate, and a logical framework.
