Workplace will be the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure in the Contract Management Unit of EUID in Ankara, Turkey. The duration will be 3 years. He/she will be working full-time like the staff of Contract Management Unit. Start of the mission will be as soon as possible. The Contract Management Unit may be applying an interview to the potential expert/s.

The expert will support:

·       Claims management and dispute resolution

·       Contract management

·       Project monitoring and reporting 

·       Risk assessment

·       On the spot checks and site visits

·       Providing assistance to ERA during implementation phase

·       University degree in civil engineering,

·       Minimum of 5 years of general professional experience,

·       Experience in an engineering works and / or supervision,

·       Experience in the railway sector or the contract management in the railway sector is required,

·       Experience in a procurement according to EU PRAG conditions and / or Turkish Public Procurement Law,

·       Experience with FIDIC conditions of contract,

·       Excellent spoken and written Turkish and English is required,

·       Good level of computer literacy (esp. in Excel, MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
