International Consulting Expertise EEIG (ICE) in consortium with International Media Support (IMS) is announcing CALL FOR TENDER for the provision of full production and post-production service of a media literacy series for RTS Science and Education Programme, in accordance with technical and professional/programming standards of Serbian National Public Service Broadcaster. The contract will also include the design and set-up of a supporting web portal, as well as the media promotion of the TV series and the web portal in Serbia.

 

ICE Consortium is currently implementing the EU funded technical assistance project Support to Media Reforms in Republic of Serbia (EUROPEAID/138858/DH/SER/RS) managed by the Delegation of the European Union to Serbia. Project’s duration is 27 months until May 20, 2020.

As a consortium, ICE and IMS are providing the technical support to further media reform in Serbia, with specific focus on strengthening the role of public service media, increase of media literacy and supporting the implementation of the investigative reporting media grants (2016 Media Programme Grants).

 

The deadline for the submission of tender proposals is 30 November 2019, 16h.
