Global objective
The global objective of the assignment is to strengthen the European Union's engagement inMyanmar's education sector by supporting interventions in education and TVET funded under EU AAP 2021 education programme Youth Training and Leadership Opportunities (NDICI ASIA/2021/043-229). This includes support through regular analysis of the changing education context in Myanmar, creation of a platform for exchange and information sharing, and interaction
with the implementing partner organisations and wider education stakeholders

 Specific objective(s)
The specific objectives of this contract:
? To support the EU Delegation engagement in education and TVET by conducting analysis, studies consultations, facilitating sector coordination and working groups, and monitoring the implementation of the Joint Response Framework (JRF), online and in person depending on the context.
? To support the EU Delegation in the implementation and monitoring of the Education AAP 2021 Youth Training and Leadership Opportunities for Myanmar technical and vocational training and non-formal education component in targeted communities in ethnic and crisis-affected border areas, including Rakhine, online and in person as the context permits.
? To support the EU Delegation in the implementation and monitoring of the Education AAP 2021 Youth Training and Leadership Opportunities for Myanmar mobility component - EU Mobility Programme for Myanmar (EMPM) – of virtual and physical mobility of students and young professionals, online and in person as the context permits.
? To develop communication strategies, establish communication platforms and tools to inform Myanmar and the European public via social media about EU interventions in education and TVET and their beneficiaries, online and in person depending on the context.
