The purpose of the contract is to assist Government in implementing projects under the 11th EDF by providing direct support to the Trade Department within the Ministry of Finance, Trade, Investment and Economic Planning and other implementing authorities. The long term technical assistance will serve to facilitate implementation of the various projects encompassing a number of short and medium term activities. Each of these activities will require its own specific expertise, which the long term technical assistant will assist Government in selection following the necessary rules and procedures.
