Start of the mission will be as soon as possible. The workplace will be the Ministry in Ankara, the office of the Procurement Unit. Duration will be 2 years and the expert will be working full-time like the staff of the Procurement Unit. The Procurement Unit of the Ministry will be applying an interview to the potential expert/s. He/she can have outside Ankara missions but not very often. 

Procurement Expert

Requested qualifications are given below:

·         A University degree in engineering, economics, business administration, social sciences, law or any equivalent and relevant diploma. 

·         Excellent spoken and written English;

·         Good level of computer literacy (esp. in excel)

·         Minimum of 10 years of general professional experience 

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement procedures in accordance with PRAG. 

·         Experience in preparation of minimum “2 tender dossiers for each type of PRAG contracts: Works, Service, Supply”

·         Knowledge of the Turkish language will be an asset.
